Investments are executed by acquiring claim rights within a previously issued loan.

Primo Invest, has provided financing to an MBF Development to finalize the internal works under general investment agreement, for a total of EUR 3 100 000. The final tranche will go towards interior design, which will include the purchase of all furniture for 44 luxury apartments with 3 different design options- prestige, classical and premium.

Each transfer of funds provided under the general agreement is issued as a separate special- purpose loan.

MFB Development company is a subsidiary of DMT GROUP that has been present in the Republic of Belarus since 1999.

The development project will have residential and commercial parts. Commercial part is already leased to renowned apartments hotel and to banks.

The Borrower company has been founded in order to implement the final stage of the project, therefore income from the economic activity hasn't been gained yet. The loan has been issued by the Latvian Company (SIA Primo Invest) to the Belarusian Development Company (MFB Development).

After realisation project will be refinanced through participating commercial banks.
