BuyBack guarantee in case of borrower's payments delay for more than 60 days
SIA Primo Invest has entered into agreement on 09.03.2020 with Belarusian company Verso M Invest to finance the construction of the multi-purpose building in Minsk, Belarus. The loan for the total amount of 3 000 000 EUR SIA Primo Invest has issued to the Verso M Invest is placed on Grupeer Platform for investment. This is a great opportunity for Grupeer investors to add the real estate development project yielding with up to 13%.
The construction works will be performed by the subsidiary company of Verso M Invest- Verso M, which is registered in the Russian Federation. The construction track record of Verso M since 1999 includes the real estate projects all across Russia and Belarus, including the residential buildings, hospital, airport in Khanty-Mansiysk, schools, and hockey arena. The key competitive advantage of Verso M is the construction works in tough climate zone, since the majority of projects were completed in Siberia and Northern Russia.

Verso M are in strategic partnership with Sberbank, who will provide the Bank Guarantee for this project.
About the project
The Alibegov Centre, is an extension, to the existing four-floor trade centre with an area of 2788 sq. m. Verso M Invest plans to build an extension, which will include offices 1-6 floors, restaurant accommodating up to 48 people, underground parking, and a possibility to utilize the roof of the centre. The office space has an adaptive layout, which will be specially designed with the wishes of end user. The total area of the project after the extension will be added is 9398 sq. m. The total valuation of the building is USD 16 861 593.
The Alibegov Center is located in South-West area of Minsk, Belarus 1.5 kilometres away from the underground station Petrovshina. The location of the project is beneficial for the busy residential area that it will be located in.
